Jared Benton CCIM
Jared Benton brings over 20 years of experience in ad valorem property tax matters, representing commercial real estate owners nationwide with a focus on industrial, hospitality, and business personal property. He started his career at Weaver before moving to Deloitte where he oversaw the property tax division’s North Texas industrial portfolio, and later at Thomson Reuters where he managed a $5 billion national portfolio across 42 states.
Jared holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University, Mays Business School. He is a CCIM, a licensed Senior Property Tax Consultant in Texas, and a member of TAPTP and the American Society of Appraisers.

Bryan Cook CCIM
With over 20 years of experience in property tax consulting, Bryan Cook advises a broad range of commercial real estate owners—including institutional investors, REITs, corporations, and private clients. His expertise includes multifamily, office, retail, hospitality, senior housing, and commercial land.
He began his career at Deloitte, handling assessment appeals on over $2 billion in assessed value annually, and later managed national client portfolios at Thomson Reuters totaling nearly $2 billion in assets.
Bryan earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University, double majoring in Finance and Economics. He is a CCIM, a Registered Property Tax Consultant in Texas, and a member of TAPTP.
